Online access to your business’ Credit Report

What is the Instant Credit ID report?

The Instant Credit ID report provides online access to all the financial data of your business, as registered in the Credit Consolidation System (C.C.S), the Default Financial Obligations (D.F.O.) and the Mortgage and Prenotations to Mortgages System (M.P.S) of Tiresias, as well as its solvency ranking, at the given time.

What information does it provide?

It briefly provides:
1. The solvency ranking of your business, the reasons for this ranking and as a percentage, the possibility of default of financial obligations within 12 months for the population with the same characteristics (legal entity or sole trader)
2. All the financial information regarding the type and amount of credits and loans and their consistent or non-repayment. Specifically:

• current - active and closed credits by category (e.g. consumer – mortgage loan - business loan, credit card, etc.)
• information on default (inability to pay) of financial obligations by category (e.g. bοunced checks, unpaid bills of exchange, termination of loan and card contracts, etc.), but also the evolution of this data by category (payment, invalidation, rejection, cancellation, removal, etc.)
• information regarding Mortgages and Prenotations of Mortgages by category of origin (units and amounts, date of registration of the most recent item, etc.)

How do you use it?

Checking your business’ credit report on a regular basis helps you:

• have better control of your financial obligations
• be informed about the data of your business as they appear in the Tiresias’ registries, which will be received by the banks in case you submit a financing application and be better prepared for it
• improve your picture in Tiresias by settling any debts and providing the appropriate documents
• promptly point out any deficiencies in the updating of your data

How do you get access?

Access to your business’ Instant Credit ID report is offered in all TSEK packages.

After logging in to the TSEK platform with their personal access codes, the platform administrators (web officers) can select the relative option from the menu and immediately issue the Instant Credit ID report.

Each Instant Credit ID report has a unique access code (T-CODE). The report can be reproduced up to three (3) times and for the days that the T-CODE is valid (7 days).

Note: Instant Credit ID does not replace the exercise of the subjects' right of access to their data in Tiresias, in accordance with No. 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU 2016/679.
