The choice of the Alert type depends on the characteristics of your clients' portfolio. For example, for a low-risk company, it is more likely to choose the Single Notification Alert, which is deactivated upon the first notification for economic behavior data (e.g. a new bounced cheque), while for a company that you consider to be of high-risk and important client you can choose the 6-month or 12-month alert, in order to receive all changes that may occur during the time period that the alert is valid, i.e. 6 or 12 months.
TSEK automatically and timely informs you about the expiry date of the Alerts as well as after their expiry, in order to reactivate for the companies of your interest, the monitoring service, simply by selecting again one of the available types of Alerts.
How you are notified
By email and through messages appearing when logging in to tsek.teiresias.gr, for one (1) to twelve (12) months, depending on the alert type you choose.
Notifications can be received by two or more users in their email, for a company being already monitored by another user of the company.
How you gain access
The Alert service is included in all the available annual subscription packages of TSEK.
After logging in to TSEK platform with your personal credentials, you enter the VAT of the company you are searching for and by selecting Alerts, you choose and activate one of the available Alerts type. From that point on you will receive notifications for the monitored company.
The time during which you will receive notifications has to do with the alert type you choose for each company.
